"Keep calm and Carrie on". Great advice for our third trip together to New York! During this trip, we
spent the majority of the time (about 5 hours) at the
American Museum of Natural
History.
After our fill of
comets, dinosaurs, gems, and bones we took it to the streets for some NY city
eats and creeps…
well, not creeps, more
like creepy things.
We made the trek to
the East Village to visit our friends from the Discovery Channel's
Oddities show at
Obscura Antiques & Oddities.
There, among the medieval torture devices and pickled pigs, we were able
to find a hand made glass eyeball that was perfect for our Christmas tree.
